| 150 (250)cm, Australian Indigo is a multi branching, woody subtropical shrub with narrow feathered leaves and showy, terminal spikes of rich rose-purple flowers. Native of woodlands and dryish Eucalyptus forests in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, Western and South Australia. This species is not frost resistant.
