Arisaema propinquum
30cm, one to two very large, trilobed, yellowish green leaves similar to those in Arisaema candidissimum. Narrow purple spathe with greenish white stripes and a nettled pattern in the upper part, and an elongated, purple spadix. The bowing fruit head matures to a bright orange red in autumn. For any humus rich, leafy, well drained soil in a sunny to partially shaded spot. Plant corms rather deep to protect them from freezing. V-VI.
