Makes undulated, densely silvery-gray pubescent leaves in a basal rosette and short branching stalks with lemon yellow flowers. From a wild collection on Mallorca, Spain (Ermita de Belém, 300m). For any rocky, sandy soil in a protected spot in full sun. Excellent in the rock garden. VI-VII.
