Makes a dense upper rosette of numerous grayish green to silvery green narrow, grass like leaves on a massive, palm-like trunk with age. With maturity it forms an erect, candle-like spike of small, creamy flowers. For any rich, very well drained, preferably slightly rocky soil in full sun.
