Amorphophallus pilosus

70 (100)cm, a strange species from Vietnam with a dark greenish-brown spathe and a long, dark brownish-black spadix covered with dark "hairs". For any humus rich, well drained substrate in a sunny to partially shaded spot. In winter keep dormant corms almost completely dry at a minimum of some 15°C. VI-VII.
