100 (150)cm, makes a small woody shrub with hairy, ovate leaves and showy, large bright yellow flowers with a purplish center. Native of rock sites in South Africa. For any rich, well drained substrate in a sunny spot throughout the year. In winter keep drier at a minimum of some 10°C. VII-IX.
