Moraea tulbaghensis

20 (40)cm, Moraea tulbaghensis belongs to the much search for group of the so-called "Peacock Moraea". It is a medium sized species native with a solitary leaf and ornamental bright orange flowers with black inner blotches. Best grown in any humus rich, well drained soil in pots under frostfree conditions in a cool greenhouse or wintergarden at a minimum of some 10°C in winter with careful watering. V-VI.
