3 (10)m, (recently separately as a species of its' own: Acacia provincialis) is a tall woody shrub to medium sized tree with narrowly lanceolate, dark grayish green pseudo-leaves and lose terminal clusters of pale yellow, slightly sweet fragrant flower-balls. From south-eastern Australia (Eyre Peninsula and Wilsons Promontory) and Tasmania (King and Flinders islands). For any rich, well drained, rather rocky soil. V-VIII.
