A semiperennial with a very ornamental, broad inflorescence of pink to rose-purple flowers above dark green leaves covered with short silvery hairs. For any rich, well drained substrate in a partially shaded spot. Keep sunnier in winter at min. 10°C. USDA Climate Zone 10. VII-IX.
