15cm, a showy, almost evergreen to seasonally dormant species from the Rio de Janeiro of Brasil with mid green, slightly glossy leaves and showy pale lilac-blue miniature Worsleya flowers. A botanical gem which is easily cultivated in any humus rich, well drained soil in a partially shaded (summer) to sunny (winter) spot. During dormancy keep plants slightly drier and at a minimum of some 15°C throughout the year.
