Puschkinia (Striped Squill)

Puschkinia is close to Scilla, but has larger and usually half-filled flowers. Easy in any well drained soil and a sunny spot. Will increase gradually.
Sow flat autumn to late spring in any well drained, rocky or sandy soil. Keep pots in a sheltered and sunny spot in winter. Transplant young bulbs best in fall of their second year. Most Puschkinia will flower in their third year already.
All are USDA Climate Zone 6.
