Brodiaea

Brodiaea are excellent bulbs for a sunny and dry spot in the rock garden where they will develop numerous flowers in each inflorescence. Easy to cultivate and will increase well by offsetting bulbs.
Sow spring in any sandy soil in full sun. Preferably frost free pot cultivation for two years, transplant young bulbs in autumn and leave undisturbed. Will develop rich flower stalks in time.
All are USDA Climate Zone 6 unless otherwise specified.
