Viburnum (Snowball)

Viburnum or Snowballs are decorative woody, evergreen, semi-evergreen to deciduous shrubs with umbels of white to creamy flowers followed by usually bright colored berries attracting birds. Good for any rich, well drained soil in partial shade to full sun. The Canary species is semi-evergreen and requires a cool, yet frostfree place in winter in a sunny spot with careful watering.
Sow the entire dried berries in any well drained, humus rich soil at 12° to a maximum of 20°C in partial shade (summer) to full sun (winter), higher temperatures will slow down or inhibit germination. Keep soil always slightly moist. Need some time to germinate.
All are USDA Climate Zone 10.
