Scilla (Southafrican Bluestar)

South African Bluestars are easily grown in a sunny position in any well drained soil with sufficient watering when plants are green. Keep bulbs completely dry with yellowing of leaves, which is usually by the end of spring to mid summer.
Sow at 10°C to 20°C throughout the year. Keep frostfree in winter at minimum 10°C in an always sunny spot with regular watering.
