Plumeria (Frangipani)

Plumeria or Frangipani is a small genus with some 20 species from Central and South America, and which grow as evergreen to deciduous, medium sized to tall shrubs with very fragrant flowers in several species. Many hybrids are grown throughout subtropical and tropical areas for their lush foliage and most ornamental flower clusters. We offer seeds from the unhybridized, wild species. For any rich, well drained substrate in a sunny spot throughout the year. In winter keep at a minimum of some 15°C (better 20°C) with reduced watering.
Sow at a minimum of some 20°C throughout the year in any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot.
